La Comisi\u00f3n Europea hace hincapi\u00e9 en la necesidad de que la FP se adapte mejor a la era digital, ya que la FP desempe\u00f1ar\u00e1 un papel crucial para ayudar a las personas a encontrar trabajo tras la crisis del coronavirus.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, el proyecto GROOVE tiene como objetivo desarrollar la capacidad de los proveedores \/ formadores de FP para digitalizar, modernizar sus pr\u00e1cticas y desarrollar las habilidades de alfabetizaci\u00f3n digital de los adultos poco calificados y llenar la brecha entre la demanda y la oferta de una fuerza laboral digitalmente competente a trav\u00e9s del ajuste del sector de la FP para que sea m\u00e1s resistente a los r\u00e1pidos cambios tecnol\u00f3gicos y del mercado laboral.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\n    <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/GROOVE_leafletdesign_ES.pdf\">Descargar el folleto<\/a>\n<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/about-image-grouped.svg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>Objetivos<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>El proyecto GROOVE tiene como objetivo desarrollar la capacidad de los proveedores \/ formadores de FP para digitalizar, modernizar sus pr\u00e1cticas y desarrollar la alfabetizaci\u00f3n digital de los estudiantes de FP.
